what does it take to kill an entire race/genocide?

a big cruel army with lots of cash?
No, Hitler had that and even he couldn't do it.

does it take a virus/germ/pathogen/a really horrible movie?
don't think so because many people have evaluated the situations that can happen (24, Forsyth's Icon) and in the end a hero saves the world.
but what if there is no hero or heroin to save the world? will the world be doomed?
even Bond or Charlie's Angels are fake. does it require a considerable amount of courage and power to be a hero or even a superhero (the latter requires extraordinary powers and logically that doesn't happen so I would cross out that possibility)?
what if a beggar saves the world by accidentally killing the virus/ germ/ pathogen/really extremely bad movie? will he be remembered or recognised or given due credit?
very unlikely. we rarely thank the soldiers or marines etc. etc. that risk their lives so that people like us can keep our butt safe. what difference does it make?

does killing a nation require economics?
considerable damage can be done (African nations) because a person's monetary status decides many aspects of life that are out of their control, such as occupation or food. social problems arise, AIDS cases make a hole in the roof and the people live in poverty. however, many nations still stand though supported by weak foundations. this is not enough

can internal conflict kill a nation?
not that I know of.

what is your opinion? I've almost run out of ideas...

Life, Death, Afterlife.... HellYeah

While studying for my exams in my room, I was disturbed by a constant knocking sound. It came from a Buddhist monk next door knocking it for a dead person, believing that it helped the dead person, not that I have anything against it but I think its more for the living.
Anyway, the question for today : Is there a life in the afterlife?

I'm a little confused myself but do you believe in an afterlife, as in do you go somewhere after you die? Almost all religions tell a different story. Some people believe in different stories themselves. Some say you go to heaven. Some say you go through purgatory. Some say its a dark conciousness where there is nothing and you just float around forever. Some say its multiple levels of hell. Some say you just dissapear.
So, what is your belief?

Maybe there is no afterlife, because life is actually a before-life and the afterlife is actually life in itself. Or is this life actually death and the afterlife another death. What constitutes matter. What is material life? Is it just a reflection of a spiritual existance or is it the true form of everything? What will we become after we die (or enter life) Are we still matter but in a different spiritual form? Are we a totally plane of existance? Something disconnected from where we are now.

Does heaven and hell really exist? What do we need to do to get there? If what happens here is totally disconnected from the spiritual plane, how does doing good help us get to heaven? Is heaven even the better place? Maybe, maybe hell is a equally good place but with different qualities? Is where we go chosen by a higher power? Is the higher power fair? Is there even a higher power?

Well what did you know, PoP comes out another blog. unfortunately, I'm not really good at blogging. I dont even know why blogs are called blogs. Seriously, think about it. who in tarnation called blogs blogs. Was he (or she) like sick at that time. Why not just call it online diaries or onries or diaon or dialine or something of that sort. This is sacrilege! I demand someone to be sued over this!!! I really mean it. Come on. What is the use of litigation if we can't sue someone for stupid things like the naming of his intelectual property.

Anyway, anyone seen the new Nike advert. Well, its about a man who wants to go on but his old self is trying to persuade him to stay back. It goes something like this:
Real-self : I want more in life! How can I get more if all I do is jog here in this STUPID desert talking to myself.
Old-self : You don't want to go forward. Life is so comfortable here. Don't trouble us. Life is tiring enough.
Real-self : But.. but...
Old-self : Never you mind about all this. just go on as if life is still the same. It will never change. Why do you want change anyway?

and then he goes off, leaving his old self behind. Of couorse this is not the real script but think about it. Why do you want change? Is change good? Is change the embodiment of evil in this world? Well?

yet it does bring good
like forcing my lazy butt to actually study
don't you find it amazing how life has to force us to do something before something actually gets done
It must be really pathethique to be such a donkey, like someone has to whip you before you take one step forward. Like in BM - bagai tukul dengan pahat ( or is it pahat dengan tukul ?)
wont it be much much easier to like keep it going and not stop
like the momentum thingy in physics
it will just keep going (if your willing to keep up) like the military and keep pushing on

maybe this is a test
wether in the real world i will keep going on
and work hard
or slack off and get fired by a red faced boss who never gets any work done by himself and has to rely on poor workers like me to survive....

anyway... does working hard ever pay off??!? does moving your arse on your own accord bring you any good? does making progress without any pushing consider itself progress in the first place? why work hard when you can lie down and enjoy? silly ain't it?
is curiosity a job in itself? because if it is, i must be working my ass off!!!

Anyway, live with it! you don't work u don't survive. You don't study you get your face lashed by rain drops from those two guardians up there. But the main question is, how to deal with it? How to change from being a lazy donkey to a motivated nerd! HOW?? HOW????
